Traders don't blow up from a lack of dashboards. They blow up at 23:45, tired, chasing a loss, outside their window. SHU HA RI is the coach in the room at that exact moment — it knows your rules, it watched you write them, and it holds you to them in real time.
Every entry runs your gates as you trade: session armed, inside your window, loss budget intact, tilt patterns clear. Break a rule and the Guardian flags it, prices what the rule-break could have cost, and says so — out loud.
Your fills, reconciled to the cent, sliced into honest statistics — every number carries its sample size, out-of-sample validation, and costs. Where your edge actually lives, and what your leaks actually cost. No number without its n.
An AI coach grounded only in your own tape and your own rules. It grades the decision separately from the outcome, remembers what you promised last Tuesday, and reads your week aloud every Sunday. It will never flatter you, and it will never give you a signal.
That is the whole philosophy in one sentence. SHU HA RI grades the decision and the management separately from the P&L — because a rule-break that paid you is the most dangerous trade you can log, and a disciplined red day is a step up the mountain.
Screens shown with illustrative demo data — hypothetical, not actual results.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
SHU HA RI coaches the trader, not the market. Your platform and your orders stay where they are. We recommend NinjaTrader for charting, simulation and execution, and Kinetick for market data.
