The dojo is the daily ritual SHU HA RI builds around your session — the same shape every day, because repetition builds instinct. Each step feeds the next, and everything you do becomes part of your coach's memory.
Before the window opens: yesterday's tape, your drift-risk read (rule-breaks cluster the day after green days — we check yours), the levels that matter, and a countdown to your session. The plan is written before the market can argue with it.
Five gates: Time, Structure, Plan, Risk, State. Nothing gets traded until every gate is green — and the Time gate verifies itself against the clock, so you cannot tick your way past your own window. All green → the session arms.
The coach in the room. Every fill runs your gates in real time; tilt patterns — instant re-entry after a loss, sizing up to win it back — trigger intervention before the damage, not a dashboard after it. Optional ZEN audio holds the room: spatial flute, forest, and your mantras on every candle close.
Your read, in your own words, while it's fresh — then Sensei coaches the thinking, not just the result. Blind replay lets you re-face your own trades without knowing the outcome, and scores whether your read is real.
The week graded from the tape — discipline-weighted, so a rule-following red week outranks a rule-breaking green one. Read aloud by Sensei, with next week's focus set from your actual leaks.
Progression in the dojo mirrors the martial art: SHU I → III, HA I → III, RI. A clean session — every trade inside your window, nothing impulsive, size within plan — moves you forward. Streaks matter. P&L never advances a belt, and a green rule-breaking day counts for nothing. That's the point.
Follow the form until it is reflex. Clean sessions, one at a time. The Guardian does the holding; you do the repetitions.
With the form proven, you earn the right to bend it — deliberately, one variable at a time, with the data watching.
The form is no longer a cage or a crutch. Ninety clean sessions and a twenty-streak deep, the discipline is simply who you are.
